Matthew Cook is a Director of Wynngate, focusing on acquisitions and finance. With a passion for design and a drive for excellence, he helps steer growth and shape the company’s future. His hands-on approach helps ensure the business continues to deliver long-term success. When Matt is not working, he enjoys family time and travel, while keeping fitness a high priority.

Peter has been a founding director of Wynngate since its launch in 2012. Before that, after completing a degree in Interior Architecture, he teamed up with Matthew in 1999 to set up a design-led development business. Today, he heads up Wynngate’s planning and construction side, while also playing a key role in the company’s strategic planning and day-to-day operations. Outside of work, Peter balances life with a young family, enjoying travel, keeping active with daily fitness, and spending time on family-focused activities.

Dean Carroll is a Director and the Head of Property at Banks Kelly Solicitors Limited, he qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Dean deals with all areas of property and in particular acquisitions and disposals of development land. Dean is often commended by clients on his excellent interpersonal skills and his ability to take the commercial initiative with a hands on approach in meeting his clients’ requirements. Dean has worked with Wynngate since 2017 and we have completed many successful projects together. In his spare time, Dean lives to travel, keep fit and spend time with his young family.

After spending 11 years living and working in the French Alps, Simon returned to the UK and began his journey in property in 2011 by founding his own development and investment company. He successfully delivered a number of conversion and new build projects across the Home Counties and the South East before joining Wynngate in 2017 as Land Director. Initially focused on identifying new development opportunities, Simon's role has since evolved to include assessing the potential of these sites and securing deals. Outside of work, Simon is passionate about the outdoors. He enjoys cycling, stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, skiing, windsurfing, and just about any sport that involves water or mountains.

Krisztina is a seasoned accountant originally from Hungary, now based in the UK. After moving to the UK with her family in 2012, Krisztina worked hard to build a new life, mastering the language and re-entering the accounting field in 2015. With a background in working with small and medium-sized businesses. Throughout her career, Krisztina has demonstrated a strong commitment to helping businesses thrive with personalised financial solutions. She now enjoys combining her expertise with her passion for accountancy business solutions. Outside of work, Krisztina is an avid traveller who loves spending time with her family, exploring new places, and diving into creative pursuits like handcrafting and painting.

Jo has worked in the property development industry for over 15 years, gaining hands-on experience across both development and site management. Over the years, she has been involved in a wide range of projects, from new builds to complex refurbishments and she has developed a strong understanding of what it takes to deliver high-quality homes and spaces that stand the test of time. Alongside development work, she also manages a growing portfolio of tenanted properties on behalf of their owners. She takes pride in maintaining excellent relationships with both landlords and tenants, ensuring that every property is well cared for and that issues are handled quickly and professionally. She is passionate about creating well-designed, functional homes and enjoys the mix of strategy, problem-solving, and the collaboration that comes with property development and management.
